I’m Clare – the degree qualified Nutritionist and Exercise Scientist behind The PCOS Nutritionist and most importantly – a fellow PCOS sufferer. Through years of dealing with my own PCOS symptoms, studying, researching and working with thousands of other women with PCOS, I developed The PCOS Protocol. It’s the exact program I wish I had 10 years ago, when I was really struggling to manage my PCOS.
Luckily for you, I’ve done the hard yards so you don’t have to. I’ve designed this program specifically for women with PCOS, focusing on the changes to address your root cause rather than methods that just band-aid your symptoms.
+ Firstly, I hear you. Why? Because I was you. I felt the overwhelming stress of going back and forth between specialists and still not getting a clear answer - and I know my team have too. + We like to tell women joining the Protocol to set aside an hour a week to review the video modules and implement any changes for that week. But we know, in the busy world we live in, that might not be realistic for you - which is why the course is designed to be self paced. So if you’re away for a week or life gets in the way, it’ll be there when you get back.
+ Of course! Don’t worry, The PCOS Protocol isn’t a strict meal plan. We put a lot of the focus in the program into helping you understand your body and educating you about how your diet can affect your PCOS. That way you can adapt recipes and create meals that suit your dietary choices rather than a strict, inflexible and quite frankly unsustainable diet plan.
+ We know quick fixes don’t work - if they did, everyone would already be doing them. So we implement new changes each week rather than all at once. The program itself takes 12 weeks in total but you can access the resources for an additional four weeks.
+ The PCOS Protocol is anything but a diet! We’re all about maintainable lifestyle changes here and we know - from experience - that restricting isn’t the way to go. Instead we focus on only the most important lifestyle changes you need to make to address your PCOS root cause.
